Blome EC-1000
Solvent-Free High Performance Epoxy Coating
Blome EC-1000 is a 100% solids, epoxy coating designed primarily for protecting structural steel and tank exteriors from atmospheric corrosion in harsh chemical environments. EC-1000 is applied in a single coat for either thin film (8-10 mils) or high-build (15-20 mils) spray applications.
Blome EC-2500
100% Solids Penetrating SealerBlome EC-2500 Penetrating Sealer is 100% solids two component epoxy polymeric amine. EC-2500 is designed to penetrate marginally prepared surfaces and to tie rust and discontinuities in existing coatings into a firm surface suitable for a variety of top coats.
Blome EC-8601
Multi-Purpose Clear EpoxyBlome EC-8601 is a non-yellowing, clear epoxy with a multitude of uses for flooring. It may be used as a concrete sealer, as a primer under Blome floor coatings and toppings, as a binder for silica aggregate blend underlayments and as a binder and sealer for color quartz floors. It has excellent wetting characteristics and is remarkably free of the tendency to “fish eye” or “crawl”.
Blome EC-8602
Multi-Purpose Pigmented EpoxyBlome EC-8602 is a non-yellowing, pigmented epoxy with a multitude of uses for flooring. It may be used as a concrete sealer and finish, as a primer under certain Blome floor coatings and toppings, as a binder for silica aggregate blend underlayments and toppings. It has excellent wetting characteristics, good chemical resistance, gloss retention and superior physical properties.
Blome EC- R540
Moisture Tolerant Epoxy SystemBlome EC-R540 is a uniquely formulated, 100% solids, two component epoxy system that has a high degree of moisture tolerance. EC-R540 will cure and bond to clean, cured, wet concrete. It’s high tolerance for wet surfaces makes it ideal for quick turn around projects where time does not allow for thorough drying of the surface to be coated or repaired.
Blome EC- R590
Multi-Purpose Epoxy SystemBlome EC-R590 is a 100% solids, two component economical epoxy system. The product can be made into a dense, easy to trowel mortar using filler #410. As such, it can be troweled onto vertical or overhead surfaces with ease.
EC-R590 can also be filled with 20/40 mesh silica and applied as a wear and impact resistant flooring. An economical polymer concrete is made by the addition of ¼” pea gravel along with 20/40 mesh silica. When reinforced with EC-Scrim the product exhibits increased crack and impact resistance.
EC-R590 is recommended for a wide variety of applications including:Floor toppings, Casting of equipment footings, Chemically resistant coating for concrete surfaces, Lining below grade concrete pits, and manholes and wetwells.
Blome Primer 75
Moisture Tolerant Epoxy PrimerBlome Primer 75 is a two-component, moisture-tolerant epoxy primer for steel, concrete and other substrates as specified. It is used to prime concrete, steel and other substrates prior to application of other Blome International coatings, linings, membranes, sealants and polymer concretes. It achieves a tenacious bond to the substrate and tolerates substrate dampness but not wet surfaces.
Blome Primer/Sealer 76
Epoxy Sealer/Injection ResinBlome Primer 76 is a low viscosity, 100% solids epoxy resin system with a multitude of uses for concrete and masonry maintenance and repair. It is used as a penetrating sealer for concrete and masonry, as an injection resin for crack repair, as a primer/sealer under Blome flooring systems and as a binder for high flow epoxy repair grout.
Blome Primer 205
High Elongation Vinyl Ester PrimerBlome Primer 205 is a two-component, Vinyl Ester resin based primer for steel, concrete and other substrates as specified. It is used to prime concrete, steel and other substrates prior to application of Blome International vinyl ester coatings, linings and polymer concretes. Its high elongation properties mitigate stresses between the vinyl ester topcoats and the substrate.
