Blome Sealant 50
Urethane Asphalt Expansion Joint Sealant
Blome 50 is a two-component, cold-applied urethane asphalt elastomeric sealant with very good chemical resistance and good elongation properties. It exhibits excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, steel and brick. Blome 50 is highly resilient and retains its elastomeric properties over a temperature range of -80°F to 140°F. It also has very good curing characteristics for fast turnaround.
Blome Sealant 55
Flexible Epoxy Joint Sealant
Blome 55 is a two-component, 100% solids epoxy elastomer with very good chemical resistance and physical properties. It is particularly resistant to mild acids, alkalis and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, brick and metal. Its exceptionally high strength makes it an excellent choice for joints exposed to frequent vehicular traffic and heavy load traffic to minimize breakdown of the shoulders of the joint.
Blome Sealant 55MT
Flexible, Moisture-tolerant Epoxy Novolac Joint Sealant
Blome Sealant 55MT is a two-component, moisture-tolerant, 100% solids epoxy novolac elastomer with excellent chemical resistance and physical properties. It is particularly resistant to strong alkalis, moderate-strong mineral acids, mild oxidizers and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, brick, and metal. It will also bond to epoxy, vinyl ester and polyurethane-based floor toppings and coatings. Its exceptionally high strength makes it an excellent choice for joints exposed to frequent vehicular traffic and heavy load traffic to minimize breakdown of the shoulders of the joint.
Blome Sealant 72R
Blome Sealant 72Ris a two-component, pour grade polyurethane sealant with good chemical resistance and excellent elongation properties. It exhibits excellent resistance to most acids, alkalis and salts.
Blome Sealant 73
Polyurea Expansion Joint Compound
Blome Sealant 73 is a two-component, polyurea sealant with exceptional chemical resistance, high bond strength and excellent elongation properties. It exhibits excellent resistance to most mineral acids, dilute organic acids, alkaline solutions, oxidizers and salts. It has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including concrete, tile, steel and brick. Blome Sealant 73 is highly resilient and retains its elastomeric properties over a temperature range of -80°F to 140°F. The material exhibits rapid curing characteristics for fast turnaround.
Blome Sealant 78
Hydrophobic Polyurethane Injection Grout
Blome Sealant 78 is a two-component, hydrophobic polyurethane liquid injection grout that is designed for use as a water stop. Blome Sealant 78 reacts with water, and then repels it, forming a closed cell foam that stops water at the point of contact. Blome Sealant 78 exhibits an extremely high bond to concrete, brick or steel substrates, wet or dry. Blome Sealant 78 resists oxidizing bleaches, most acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive chemicals. Blome Sealant 78 is recommended for applications where some movement is anticipated. The cured foam remains flexible over a temperature range of -20°F to 180°F, and will withstand excursions to 200°F.
