High-Build Epoxy Coating and Lining SystemTL-40-S is a high build, epoxy coating and tank lining designed primarily for high-build spray applications. Its excellent bonding qualities and chemical resistance make TL-40-S ideal for constant immersion service in tank lining applications.
TL-45-S
High-Build Novolac Epoxy Coating and Lining SystemBlome International’s Novolac Epoxy tank lining systems are formulated to offer superior resistance to some of the most aggressive chemicals found in the process industries. TL-45-S is a high performance Novolac epoxy tank lining/coating system for immersion service. Typically spray applied, its high build properties allow thicknesses of up to 80 mils to be achieved on vertical surfaces.
TL-81
High Performance Epoxy Lining and Coating SystemTL-81 is a 100% solids, flake filled epoxy product for steel and concrete tank lining applications. It can be applied at thicknesses ranging from 15 mils to 50 mils in single or multiple coats. TL-81 is well suited for coating structural steel in aggressive fume or vapor service. Blome TL-81 offers excellent resistance to splash and spills of highly corrosive chemicals.
TL-91

TL-220-S
Mineral Flake Filled, Vinyl Ester Tank Lining SystemBlome TL-220-S is a mineral flake filled, sprayable vinyl ester tank lining system. TL-220-S is suitable for FDA tank lining applications. Our mineral flake is specially treated for maximum integration into the resin system resulting in low permeability ratings that rival any other products on the market.
TL-250
Glass Flake Filled, Vinyl Ester Tank Lining SystemTL-250 is a Vinyl Ester Tank Lining system based on a glass flake filled, trowel-on base coat and a spray applied glass flake filled vinyl ester top coat. The system is typically applied at a finished thickness of 50 – 70 mils. TL-250 is suitable for FDA tank lining applications.
TL-280
Sprayable Flake Glass Vinyl Ester Lining SystemTL-280 is a high performance, flake glass vinyl ester lining system, utilizing carefully selected and sized glass flake reinforcement which maximizes permeation resistance and physical properties. TL-280 is specially formulated to withstand high temperatures, wet gas and chemical exposures found in wet FGD systems. This unique formulation is suitable for service up to 280°F in wet FGD service and will withstand dry service temperatures up to 380°F.
TL-400
Glass Mat Reinforced Vinyl Ester Lining SystemTL-400 Series tank lining systems are available in vinyl ester and high molecular weight (HMW) vinyl ester resin systems. TL-400 systems consist of a primer, a trowel applied mortar basecoat, a layer of chopped strand fiberglass mat saturated with the appropriate resin and a pigmented, flake filled topcoat. TL-400 Series products are heavy duty, reinforced lining systems that are crack and impact resistant. TL-400 is typically used to line steel and concrete tanks holding or processing various chemicals.
TL-405
125-150 mil Woven Roving Glass Reinforced Vinyl Ester Lining SystemTL-405 tank lining system is a high performance, heavily reinforced Vinyl Ester lining system. A high molecular weight vinyl ester formula is available and is designated as TL-405 HMW. The TL-405 system consists of a primer, a trowel applied mortar basecoat, a layer of woven roving reinforcing glass saturated with TL-405, and a trowel applied TL- 405 mortar topcoat.
TL-420
Glass Mat Reinforced Furan Lining SystemTL-420 Series tank lining system is a high performance Furan lining system. TL-420 consists of an optional primer, a trowel applied elastomeric adhesive basecoat, two layers of chopped strand fiberglass mat, saturated with furan resin, and a saturated surface veil.
